Alcoa in Action.

Here at Alcoa Agency, we believe in making a difference in our community and reaching specific groups that could benefit the most from our services and experiences. Offering free services for foster teens and veterans, volunteering our time, and partnering with other local minority-owned businesses are just a few ways we show love to our community. We are incredibly thankful to be fortunate enough to give back and look forward to more ways we can contribute to our community in 2024.

Jadol Group Summer 2024 Internship.

This year marks the 4th year of the Jadol Group Summer Internship Program which allows people to explore different career types and learn through hands-on experiences. The high school internship program began in the first week of June while the college internship program began in early May. The high school interns, Alyssa and Javier, completed a “wheel” rotation over the course of 10 weeks and moved through different departments every week including accounting, payroll, permitting, and Auto-CAD. Our college intern, Jazmine, spent two weeks in each department and presented her capstone project at the end of the 14-week program. Jazmine was able to be more hands-on in the program and spent time with several departments, including the HR department, permitting, recruiting, and marketing.
